Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Devtools Dataexchange. Website prices are informational; refunds relate to amounts actually invoiced and paid.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the windows below and meet the conditions for full or partial credit. Seat transfers to a colleague at the same organization may be offered instead of a refund when timing allows.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation received at least 14 days before the cohort or workshop start date, provided downloadable materials for that enrollment have not been released.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start, or after materials release but before the second live session.
• No refund: cancellations within 4 days of start, or after the second live session begins, except where required by mandatory law.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Requests must include the invoice number, enrolled name, and program title. We may deny refunds when materials were extensively downloaded and redistributed in breach of the Terms, or when a seat was already transferred.

Non-refundable items

• Completed Board Briefing Day sessions after the facilitation date has passed.
• Custom on-site travel expenses already incurred with your written approval.
• Third-party examination or accreditation fees paid on your behalf (if any).

Refund process

Email contact@devtools-dataexchange.digital with the subject line “Refund request” and the details above. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service affecting the enrolled individual may qualify for goodwill credit outside the standard windows, evaluated case by case.
